Each individual may create only one account. If a single person operates multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and all deposited funds, bonuses, and winnings may be cancelled. This policy also applies to multiple accounts created using the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. You are responsible for all transactions and activities carried out from your account. If your account security is compromised, notify the bjdb support team immediately.

bjdb strictly follows a policy of preventing underage gaming. When creating an account, you must confirm that you are at least 21 years of age. bjdb may request an ID card or other documents at any time for age verification.

If it is proven that a user created an account while under the age of 21, that account will be closed immediately and all associated deposits and winnings will be forfeited.

4.1 Deposit Rules

The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds at bjdb: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 for each method.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The following conditions apply to withdrawals from your account:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800
• Withdrawal processing time: generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours

• Withdrawal requests may be declined if bonus-related wagering requirements have not been met

4.3 Identity Verification

4.4 Currency & Conversion

All transactions on bjdb are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions via third-party currency conversion or cryptocurrency are not accepted.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit at bjdb, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive an additional ৳1,000 as a bonus, giving you a total of ৳2,000 to play with. Or if you deposit ৳18,000, you will receive a ৳8,000 bonus for a total of ৳26,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. Wagering applies to the bonus amount only — not to the deposit amount. For example: for a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000 in bets before winnings from the bonus become withdrawable.

5.3 VIP Cashback Program

bjdb VIP members enjoy weekly cashback benefits. There are four tiers:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.0% weekly cashback

Members may be promoted to a higher tier based on their gaming activity and loyalty to the platform.

5.4 Bonus Abuse Prohibited

bjdb reserves the right to close accounts and cancel all bonuses and associated winnings if a user creates multiple accounts, provides false information, or uses any other fraudulent method to obtain bonus benefits.

5.5 Bonus Expiry

Each bonus offer has a specific expiry period. If wagering requirements are not met before the expiry date, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be automatically cancelled. The expiry period for each promotion will be stated on that offer's detail page.

6.1 Fair Play Policy

bjdb believes in fair play. All games are operated by verified software that ensures impartial and random results. Products from internationally recognised game providers are used, including Pragmatic Play, Spribe, JILI, and PG Soft.

6.2 Betting Limits

6.3 Technical Issues

• Harassing or defrauding other users

10.2 Closure by bjdb

bjdb reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account due to violation of terms and conditions, fraudulent activity, or other reasons. In cases of serious violations, all balances may be forfeited.
